-Tempered Glass Production Lines:

1. Cutting

The first step in the tempered glass production line is cutting the glass into the desired shape and size. This process involves the following sub-steps:

Measurement: The dimensions and specifications of the glass panels are determined based on customer requirements.

Marking: The glass is marked with the dimensions and cutting lines using appropriate tools.

Cutting: Various cutting techniques such as manual cutting or automated cutting tables equipped with cutting wheels or laser cutters are used to cut the glass along the marked lines.

Breaking: Once the glass is cut, it is carefully broken along the cut lines using specialized tools or machines to achieve the desired shape.

2. Cleaning Line:

After the cutting process, the glass panels move to the cleaning line for thorough cleaning to remove any dirt, dust, or residues. The cleaning line typically includes the following stages:

Washing: The glass panels are subjected to a series of washing stages, which may involve the use of water, detergent, and brushes to clean the surfaces.

Rinsing: After washing, the glass is rinsed with clean water to remove any remaining detergent or cleaning agents.

Drying: The glass panels are dried using various methods, such as air blowers or heated drying chambers, to ensure they are completely dry and ready for the next step.

3. Edge And Angle Grinding:

In this step, the edges and corners of the glass panels are ground to smoothen them and remove any sharp or rough edges. The corner grinding process includes the following steps:

Grinding: Specialized grinding machines are used to grind the edges and corners of the glass panels. The grinding process helps achieve precise dimensions and smooth surfaces.

Polishing: After grinding, the edges and corners are polished to further improve their smoothness and appearance. Polishing compounds or abrasive materials may be used in this stage.

4. Silk Screen Printing:

The screen printing process involves the following steps:

Design and preparation: The desired design or artwork is created, and screens are prepared with the appropriate stencils or patterns.

Ink application: The screens are placed on top of the glass panels, and ink is applied using a squeegee to transfer the design onto the glass surface.

Drying and curing: Once the ink is applied, the glass panels are dried or cured to ensure the ink adheres properly and becomes permanent.

After completing these four steps, the tempered glass panels are subjected to a tempering process, which involves heating the glass to high temperatures and then rapidly cooling it to increase its strength and durability. The tempered glass is then inspected for quality assurance before being ready for packaging and shipment.
